An indoor, climate-controlled "vertical mall" with five levels and about 36 themed shops, across from Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies. Shops sell homemade candy, cider, jewelry, leather goods, hot sauces, clothing, toys, and more, and the halls feature historic displays about the Ogle family, whose general store once stood on this site. Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community
An 8-mile loop with more than 80 artists and craftspeople who work and sell in their own studios, plus eateries and lodging. It's served by the Yellow Line trolley. The community hosts Thanksgiving (Nov. 24-29, 2026) and Christmas (Nov. 30-Dec. 6, 2026) arts and crafts shows.
