How an evening works
Each show is two shows in one. Food service and seating begin at 5:30 p.m. At about 6 the cast starts a 45-minute concert of Southern gospel, hymns and contemporary worship while you eat. After a short intermission, the musical drama runs from 7 to 7:45, and guests leave around 8. The theater says its scripts are written with help from Bible scholars, and past shows have told the stories of Moses, Ruth and Peter, among others.
This year’s shows
The 2026 spring and summer show is The Prodigal: A Story of Hope and Redemption, starring the Tabb family’s TFM Worship, with a barbecue dinner of pulled pork, pot roast, fried chicken tenders and sides. For Christmas the site lists Peace On Earth: The Shepherds Rejoice, also with TFM Worship, about the shepherds on the night Jesus was born. The Prodigal is listed from $57.39 for adults and $28.70 for children 3 to 11, and Peace On Earth from $61.41. Prices can change, so check the Biblical Times website for the latest.
There is also a new Holly Jolly Christmas Show. A Christmas concert by Kendall Cookston or Tori Gray comes with dinner, and the second half is clean stand-up from the Christian comedy duo Austin & Leb. Kendall Cookston sings November 23 and 24 and December 17, 18, 19, 21 and 22. Tori Gray sings November 26 to 28, December 14 and 15, and December 24 to 26.
