Smoky Mountain Smash is the restaurant at Gatlinburg SkyPark, perched high above town at the top of the Gatlinburg SkyLift. From its spacious outdoor patio, guests eat handcrafted smash burgers while taking in sweeping views of the Great Smoky Mountains and the valley below. Note that the restaurant is only accessible after purchasing Gatlinburg SkyPark tickets.
The smash burgers are the heart of the menu: juicy, well-seared patties with a range of gourmet toppings. Signature creations feature locally sourced meats, fresh regional produce and house-made sauces. In cooler months, hot chocolate and coffee are popular with guests enjoying the mountain air.
