About Gatlinburg Golf Course
Gatlinburg Golf Course is an 18-hole public course about five miles from downtown Gatlinburg, in the hills of Pigeon Forge, and it is open year-round. The course was originally designed by golf architect William Langford and renovated in 2007 by Bob Cupp & Associates. It is known for its elevation changes and mountain views from every tee box, and it was named the Tennessee Turfgrass Public Golf Course of the Year for 2025. The clubhouse includes the Bear’s Den Cafe, a fully stocked golf shop that was recognized as the 2024 Tennessee Section Merchandiser of the Year, and a pavilion completed in August 2024 where groups can relax after a round. The cart fleet has GPS and Bluetooth speakers to help you get around the course. Whether you are a serious golfer or just want a scenic round during your Smokies vacation, check the course’s website for tee times and current rates.
