About Castle of Chaos
Castle of Chaos is a 5D motion theater ride inside the castle at the Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Center, high on the hill at the Parkway and Showplace Blvd. in Pigeon Forge. You sit in a moving theater seat with 3D goggles and a laser blaster and shoot targets as the ride swoops over rooftops, cobblestones and waterfalls.

How the ride works
The seats move with the action, and the sights and sounds are meant to make you feel like you’re inside a video game. Everyone shoots at targets with a blaster and competes for points. At the end, the screen shows each rider’s score, and the castle posts the top score on its website.
Two shows
There are two theaters, and each one runs a different storyline. A single ticket or an All Access Pass gets you one show. Want another go? Show your same-day receipt at the box office and ride again for $5, either the same show or the other one. Prices can change, so check the Castle of Chaos page for the latest. The staff guides know the ride well and will share tips on scoring higher.
All Access Pass
The All Access Pass covers four attractions: the Hollywood Wax Museum, one Castle of Chaos show, Hannah’s Maze of Mirrors and Outbreak, a zombie walk-through. In October 2026 it was $39.99 for ages 12 and up and $22.99 for ages 4 to 11, and kids 3 and under were free. Prices can change, so check the Hollywood Wax ticket page for the latest.
