Dollywood Reveals NightFlight Expedition Ride Vehicle at IAAPA Expo
Dollywood and MACK Rides debuted the amphibious NightFlight Expedition ride vehicle at the IAAPA Expo in Orlando, marking a major milestone toward the attraction’s launch in Spring 2026. This cutting-edge design incorporates multimedia projections, dynamic audio, and special lighting effects.
The attraction blends a nighttime Smoky Mountain flight, a whitewater adventure, a ridge-top coaster, and a shimmering bioluminescent lake scene—all within a 44,000 sq. ft. indoor facility.

The Story Behind the Expedition
Guests join twin scientists Cora and Jasper Oakley on a search for Secret Lake, the mythical source of the Wildwood Tree’s bioluminescent glow. The pair uses their invention, the Bioluminator, to navigate the Smokies aboard their amphibious aircraft.
Season Pass Information
Dollywood encourages guests to secure 2026 Season Passes early. Pass options include Diamond, Gold, Silver, and the Summer Fun Pass. Children born in 2021 or 2022 qualify for the Pre-K Imagination Pass.
